UK distributors Sound Technology have announced that the Kurzweil PC3 LE6, the first in the company's new PC3 LE product line, has arrived in the UK and should be in the shops now. The much-anticipated LE line includes the sound set from the PC3, in addition to many of the PC3's most popular features like Setup Mode, Song Mode and Quick Access Mode.

With 64 voices of polyphony, the DSP synthesis power of the PC3 and up to 10 available insert effects, the PC3 LE6 is said by Sound Tech to be 'the perfect choice for musicians seeking high-end, professional sounds and features in an affordable keyboard'.
The PC3 LE line features USB thumb-drive storage, 16 independent arpeggiators, 16 simultaneous Riffs, eight backlit and impact-sensitive drum pads, and high-quality, 24-bit D-A converters. .

Available more or less immediately, the PC3 LE6 will self for around £1227 after January. Release dates of the PC3 LE7 and PC3 LE8 are yet to be confirmed by Kurzweil.
